Once again, one lucky winner will win a trip in our Guess the Destination Giveaway contest.
Every day, from December 24 to 31st, we'll add a new clue to the Guess the Destination Giveaway post. Yes, that's starting today. Go to the post, look at today's clue and enter your guess and email address and you'll be entered to win. Return to the post each day until December 31st and do the same to increase your chances of winning. On January 1st we'll draw for the winner. The first person with the correct answer who responds to our email within three days wins the trip. So watch your inbox as well.
Something New for You
We've had many requests from people wanting more help to get them out traveling solo. This caused us to think about an email course. Actually, we've been thinking about it for quite some time. And now we have it. It's not only great for solo travel newbies but for experienced solo travelers as well. It's called The Wit & Wonder Travel Course.
So many travel courses are dry. They look at only the practical aspects of travel. This is where the W&W travel course is different.
Yes, you'll learn what you need to know to efficiently and cost-effectively travel. And what we can't jam into the lessons we'll link to on Solo Traveler. In essence, in addition to the course, you'll also receive a guide to the meat and potatoes (or the lentils and lettuce) of travel information that is on the site.
But the Wit & Wonder Travel Course is full of fun too. The type of fun that I believe adults need. It will guide you to your youth. It will help you rediscover the wonder you had as a child so that it may resurface and infuse your travels with new richness. It is our hope that this will not only enrich your travels but your life as well.

Both Tracey and I will be home over the holidays. My first trip of 2019 is a getaway to Montreal. It's been way too many years since I've been so I'm really looking forward to it. Too cold, you say? True, Montreal is quite cold but I love winter so that's not a problem for me. Tracey is just home from a week in Ireland. She'll be home for a while which will give her time to write and share with you her wonderful trip.
